For Parisian Cafe Styled Reclaimed Wood And Metal Bar Stools4.0The stools are beautiful & fit into our space wonderfully. The quality of the stools is very nice. We were promised they would ship in 6 weeks & they did not ship on time. There were storms on the east coast which delayed shipping; this was fine. The problem was that we asked for updates & received no communication until we contacted the Custom Made web site for assistance.

For Urban Style Reclaimed Wood Bar Stools With Industrial Metal Legs And Railroad Spikes1.0These stools arrived weeks late, but when they arrived they did look good at first. Then I realized that there were sharp edges on the back rests that ripped clothing. Then the wood on the seats began to crack. I tried to contact the maker. It has been over 5 weeks and he has not responded.

For Reclaimed Antique Oak Farmhouse Dining Chairs5.0Very happy with the chairs we received from the Strong Oaks Woodshop. The photos do not do justice to the final product. These chairs are very sturdy and each one is unique. Great attention to detail. Communication was very good throughout the project and chairs came well packaged and undamaged. Overall expectations were exceeded. You could not find a set of mass produced chairs that come close to these in quality and uniqueness. Highly recommend!

For Reclaimed Antique Wood Parsons Table3.2French farm house table requested Quote was competitive and delivery times worked for me. Table arrived on time, which was great, but after a week it showed signs of warping and cracking. They were good in having it picked up and returned to workshop to fix. 'Fixed' table arrived few weeks later. It's okay.
