These chairs are sturdy and well made. A great value for solid wood dining chairs. They were exactly as described. They arrived on time and we were notified of their arrival days beforehand.

They gave us a story on where the wood from the chairs came from, which was very nice.

I would like some instructions for long term care of the chairs. That would be helpful. Other than that I have no suggestions.

The final product is great - really solid construction and very well made. The communication from the shop was extremely poor. What was projected to be a 2 to 3 week project turned into and 2 to 3 month project and I had to reach out on numerous occasions to inquire about the status. When the product was finally delivered it was not completed to the specifications provided (the bed slats were left unstained) but the shop indicated it would correct the oversight. It did resolve part of the issue by sending new stained slats but I was informed that I would have to stain the center slat myself. Overall, I am very satisfied with the bed but I am confused by the entire process and communication.

We are extremely happy with the table and benches we got from Strong Oaks. The construction and workmanship is fantastic, and it is exactly what we asked for, within our budget…and they were very patient as we had quite a few go-rounds of really deciding what we actually wanted. The over-sized table and benches were delivered and set up by Strong Oaks, and the delivery was on-time, efficient, and they were extremely friendly and polite. We would happily recommend anyone to Strong Oaks; they earned a great review from us.

The bed fits beautifully in our bedroom. It is a great piece of furniture. There are some negatives I can complain about: the surface of the bed looks stunning. Amazing reclaimed wood, yet the structure of the bed itself looks like it was put together straight from home depot. All the planks are not sanded, full of splinters. We had to wear gloves to assemble the bed. Yet, once its on a floor, and all the inside materials are hidden, the bed is gorgeous, and it`s custom size fits perfectly. There was a couple of weeks of a delay. Yet I must admit, it was worth a wait.Thank you Mike and your company. I am sleeping on a very solid and beautiful bed now.
