Individually handcrafted from authentic antique lumber salvaged from barns in the Shenandoah Valley, these chairs are a lovely rustic touch to any dining room and are built to last generations! Featured here with a hand rubbed wax finish, but also available in a variety of stains and finishes. We also have wormy chestnut, pine and tulip tree. Price listed is per chair. These chairs are custom made at the time of ordering, just let us know how many you need!

Jul 30, 2018We ordered metal/wood bar stools with padded leather seats. The quality and workmanship of the metal and wood fabrication was very good. The stools did arrive with damaged feet, but the folks at Strong Oaks were quick to provide replacements - very responsive. The workmanship on the padded leather seats was just OK - clearly not their expertise. Overall all happy with the purchase.

Jun 18, 2024Very happy with the chairs we received from the Strong Oaks Woodshop. The photos do not do justice to the final product. These chairs are very sturdy and each one is unique. Great attention to detail. Communication was very good throughout the project and chairs came well packaged and undamaged. Overall expectations were exceeded. You could not find a set of mass produced chairs that come close to these in quality and uniqueness. Highly recommend!
