It was handcrafted from solid wood and sealed with a clear coat of lacquer that provides a smooth finish.     French farm house table requested Quote was competitive and delivery times worked for me. Table arrived on time, which was great, but after a week it showed signs of warping and cracking. They were good in having it picked up and returned to workshop to fix. 'Fixed' table arrived few weeks later. It's okay.
