An exhaust merge collector for a turbocharged engine producing up to 1000hp. All design, fabrication, and testing was done in house. We take design and engineering seriously at Carver Design and this is one those projects that you can't just guess your way through. Performance and safety are our highest priorities, regardless of the project being tackled.

Jul 9, 2012Custom Carver Design was able to take a complex idea and not only do the fine woodworking, but build a secret mechanical lock. At each step of the process he kept me updated. I saw technical drawings and auto-CAD images before he even began work. I hope to order more from him.
