Are you serious about your poker game? This was a commission to create a custom poker case as a gift. The case is constructed from Coffee Bean, which looks a lot like Oak but harder to machine. The top is enhanced with a veneer of Carpathian Elm Burl. The entire case is finished with polyurethane for durability. Although the case looks like a chest of drawers the top actually lifts off to revel a pair of removable trays. The upper tray hols 200 chips, a deck of cards and a dealer puck. The lower tray holds 300 chips. The interior of the case is lined with green felt and included 500 poker chips from ESPN World Series of Poker 100 of each color, a dealer puck and a new deck of playing cards. We can also substitute Casino style chips upon request. All the hardware is brass and the top locks down for easy transportation to the next poker night. Also available without poker chips and custom engraving is available upon request and quoted at time of order

For beer tap made out of wood or metalEven though I was not certain as to what I wanted from Mike, he showed me the options and guided me through the woodworking process. Mike sent me pictures of the project's progress, was very communicative, finished on time, and shipped the final product securely. The final outcome exceeded my expectations and made my friends (recipients of Mike's work) very happy.
I would work with Mike again and recommend him to friends.
