Handmade Home Decor Wooden Oil Lamp Candles Ambrosia Maple And Koa
Hand turned Ambrosia Maple Confetti Oil Candles feature a Koa cap and a black definition ring separating the base and the cap. This set of three (3) contemporary style wooden candle holders creates a unique decor statement. Ambrosia Maple is the result of a North American Maple tree being invaded by the Ambrosia beetle. As the beetle burrows within the the result is a beautiful colorization of the maple itself. In the picture of the middle candle you can see where the beetle entered the tree. Each candle is finished with a natural "wood butter" created by me that consists of Florida beeswax and organic walnut oil. This creates a smooth, satin finish with a nice hand feel. The walnut oil penetrates the wood and cures to provide lasting protection. The set of three (3) are proportionally size each being approx. 3" in diameter at the base and tapering to approx. 2" at the top. Heights are approx. 6", 5" and 4". Included are three(3) refillable oil candle with long lasting wicks and a filling funnel. Each candle will burn for approximately 3-4 hrs per fill. Lamp oil can be found at most stores selling candles and on the internet.

For Koa And Crystal Wedding Toasting Flutes1.7Were it possible to give this Maker Zero stars I would. I ordered and paid for these Toasting Flutes in good faith for my sisters wedding in Hawaii as a decor focal point, and as a precious keepsake for her and her Fiance. After submitting the information to the Maker to be engraved on the Flutes, which should have been the Bride and Grooms names as well as the date, the Maker misspelled their names in a message to me. I corrected this to him as is documented in another message. In fact, I corrected him twice because of this and actually verified a third time that he check the spelling prior to engraving to ensure the names were spelled correctly. He confirmed in a message to me that he checked the spelling. Well, the flutes arrived today- with BOTH names misspelled. Unbelievable. The wedding is in a week, and I have no way to find a replacement at this point. I am not some crazy customer venting-I have documentation of every message I have had with this Maker. Not that the spelling would have even mattered after all, because In addition, upon receipt one of the flute wood bases was completely broken because of the way he packed it for shipping. There was literally NO padding, nor padded wrapping of the flutes in the big usps box. No padding sitting on top or bottom of the flutes. Of course they are going to break! What kind of craftsman who takes pride in his work, would ship a precious item in this shoddy fashion? They wouldn't of course- Do not order from this Maker. -Disappointed and Disgusted
