Chippendale Chair
This chippendale chair is a close reproduction of a eighteenth century chair by noted NH furniture maker Robert Harrold. A beautifully upholstered slip seat has been used instead of the originals over the rail upholstery and gives the chair a bit lighter and fresher look. Air dried walnut finished with oil and shellac has been rubbed to a lustrous finish.

Roger is a member of The Society of American Period Furniture Makers and a member of The Guild of New Hampshire Woodworkers (GNHW). He is a past president of GNHW and of the steering committee. He is the chair of the board of trustees of The New Hampshire Institute of Furniture Making.
Roger is also a graduate of the furniture program at Boston's acclaimed North Bennet Street School.
StrathamWood Studios office and design studio is located in Stratham, NH and the workshop is located in the Salmon Falls Mills in Rollinsford, NH.
