Stained Glass Mosque Window - Star And Crescent
This panel was commissioned by the Islamic Congregation of North New Jersey to be installed in a second story foyer of a new mosque. The design is composed of a central area featuring the dome of a mosque and a minaret leading the eye to the crescent moon and star. This area is encompassed in several expanding border designs that reinforce the architectural feel of the piece. The border designs were inspired by Islamic tile and textile motifs. The panel is 86" x 66" and is installed in front of a tempered glass window. The panel is framed in mahogany.
