Stained Glass Privacy Window - Douglas Family Crest
The Douglas family crest was the center piece of this design. The crest was hand painted and fired onto clear glass using Color Line glass enamels. To keep the crisp lines, each color was painted and fired separately. The border was created using traditional stained glass techniques and lead came for an old world look. The panel was installed in front of an existing window to provide privacy. Approximate dimensions: 34" x 10"

Her communication was clear and consistent, with pictures. When she had questions, she did not hesitate to ask them. She did a masterful job incorporating some of our current artwork (our stained glass windows) into this new piece. When the piece arrived, it exceeded my expectations with its beautiful use of raked glass on top and opaque glass on the bottom. I highly recommend this maker. Five stars all the way.
