Fireplace Beam Mantel Rustic Distressed Antique Bolts Salvaged Timber Post Style

$585

The shelf featured here is a brand new "Durango" from our Mountain Elegance line. Knotty Alder is definitely my favorite material to work with, then add distressing, glazing and thick corbels with salvaged antique bolts and what you end up with a look that is very rustic and chic. The color and glazing makes for a medium brown hue rich with walnut tones. The bolts are 1" wide and the washers are 3" wide. Both are blackened steel with raised / forged lettering. All are hand finished and distressed one at a time, making each shelf, set of corbels and the end look very unique. The Durango includes everything just as you see it…shelf, corbels with bolts, completely finished and with all mounting hardware. Also included are easy to follow instructions to get your shelf up in no time! We've been designing and manufacturing mantels and shelves for the past 68 years. In that time, (spanning 4 generations my son is now learning the trade) I can honestly say I've had the time of my life. I absolutely love the designing and creating aspect of what we do. My son however is more hands on and has talent you can see….see photos! Shelf Measurements 8" deep, 8" tall, 66" long Corbel Measurements 6.5 deep, 5.5" wide, 10.5" tall Blackened Steel Bolts 1" head, 3" wide raised detail washers. Other lengths (42, 4,8 54, 60, 66, 72), other stain colors, and no distressing options are also available please contact us if you have questions. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Your new Mantel will arrive in mint condition. Thank you, John

My grandfather began designing and building fireplace mantels and cabinetry around 1901. When I started school around 1962 (5 years old) I loved to go to "the shop" and help. Even though my contribution was more getting in the way than anything else, my father helped me feel like I was contributing to production by paying me $1 an hour. In 1962 that was a handsome wage even for a grown man and here I was getting paid to hang out with sawdust all over the floor (and myself)…talk about a young boys dream come true!

Since then we've developed a unique line of fireplace mantels and shelves unlike anything else I've seen. We take great pride in the design and quality of each piece we build.
