Shipping Policy

Area served: Any distance but mostly local. I have served with general contractors, interior designers and private individuals. I do have some my customers' references upon request. Shipping Methods: I can ship any finished products for any manners such as UPS, Common freight, Professional moving companies. I rent a cube truck with a driver and myself or you can come to pick it up at my workshop.

Refund and cancellation; full balance refund IF not started to order material and to start do this job yet. Unless if material is already ordered and shipped at my place, I will deduct the return material with shipping cost upon receipt from upfront deposit then make refund balance forward to you. If the job is started already in any phase therefore you have no option to request refund and cancellation and have to pay full balance of this job cost when this job is completed and include delivery cost upon the contract. If pick up only by you at my premise then you have the responsibility to do so or this finished project will have incur cost of temporary storage to add on this job cost. If fail to do so by you for 30 days after it is completed; this product is become property of Michael J. Kronau custom woodworking.
