Jun 4, 2015The original cuff-links sent to me by Maria were not up to standard. For the price, I was amazed at the low quality of the cuff-links. Maria blamed the resolution of the picture used. The low-resolution definitely was not helpful for the quality of the cuff-links, but I trust the expert to tell me that the resolution is too low and not take my money and make the cuff-links anyway. After I expressed my displeasure at the craftsmanship of the cuff-links (words were hard to make out, the seal was not clear, overall poor quality), Maria messaged me to have me send the cuff-links back so she could re-do them. I appreciated this act by Maria. Maria accepted the cuff-links back and re-did them, mailing me the new pair. While the cuff-links were better than the first pair sent, I still did not believe they were worth $160. Again, I appreciated the communication and effort by Maria here. However, if the quality is not going to be top notch (or at least worth the $160), then the maker needs to state this and not accept doing the project. I ended up finding another person to make the cuff-links which I was extremely satisfied with.
