The original cuff-links sent to me by Maria were not up to standard. For the price, I was amazed at the low quality of the cuff-links. Maria blamed the resolution of the picture used. The low-resolution definitely was not helpful for the quality of the cuff-links, but I trust the expert to tell me that the resolution is too low and not take my money and make the cuff-links anyway. After I expressed my displeasure at the craftsmanship of the cuff-links (words were hard to make out, the seal was not clear, overall poor quality), Maria messaged me to have me send the cuff-links back so she could re-do them. I appreciated this act by Maria. Maria accepted the cuff-links back and re-did them, mailing me the new pair. While the cuff-links were better than the first pair sent, I still did not believe they were worth $160. Again, I appreciated the communication and effort by Maria here. However, if the quality is not going to be top notch (or at least worth the $160), then the maker needs to state this and not accept doing the project. I ended up finding another person to make the cuff-links which I was extremely satisfied with.

I couldn't be happier with my cuff link project. This seller had excellent communication and kept me posted each step of the way. As a first time user, I am so impressed!! The quality of work is even more outstanding.

Maria did a fantastic job with my project. She seemed to get excited about making my earrings. She knew exactly what she had to do to make them right away, even though it was a challenging project. She did them two days before she said she would even start the project, which she asked for two weeks to complete, and finished them in one day. When I got them, they looked fantastic--just as good as I was hoping. If I ever needed custom made jewelry again, I think she would definitely be my first stopping point for seeing about getting it done.

I saw the movie Last Vegas and loved a necklace that one of the actresses in the movie wore. I googled it and searched everywhere but couldn't find anything satisfactory. Then I discovered custom made and within 24 hrs after I submitted the project idea , Maria contacted me and it couldn't have been easier. I sent her a pic from the movie and she gave me multiple ideas and options. I couldn't be happier with the final product. Thanks Maria !!
