Shipping Policy

I ship all work via the USPS, unless we specifically arrange for UPS. Customers are responsible for giving me the correct address and once I ship something out, I am no longer responsible for it. If a package comes back to me for any reason I will reship it once an arrangement for the cost of the second shipping is take care of. I use as many recycled shipping materials as possible. If you would like gift wrapping, depending on the shape of your piece, I may be able to provide it. If you are an international shopper, I am happy to create something for you, but you responsible for your country's customs fees or import duties. These are determined by your country and I am unable to estimate them, therefore they are not included in postage. I encourage clients to know and/or research what fees their country may charge them. I am also unable to insure or track international packages.

Before purchasing please consider, my handmade creations take a lot of time, energy, and supplies so I can not offer refunds. Please purchase seriously and make sure you voice any comments or concerns throughout the process. My goal is for you to be noting but happy with what we create together. If you cancel your order I do not offer refunds. Exceptions are sometimes made to this, on a case by case basis.
