I't was a fun first time experience that I'm excited to repeat if when necessary.

I had commissioned a tapestry for my office and the first part of the project was to have a painting done. This part has been completed and I was satisfied with the rendering. I can only leave a complete review, after I receive the tapestry. Since the whole project was to be handled by Sara. I will gladly give my review again, once I get the tapestry. Dilip R Patel

Beware her return policy as well as CustomMade's useless "guarantee". She was very enthusiastic during the proposal stages of the project but once she realized she wasn't able to execute the initial vision, she told me I had to "make a choice", basically telling me I needed to sacrifice what I wanted for the sake of the project getting done. For the price paid for custom pieces you'd think you would get better accommodation than that. She sent an early final draft of the project which I was unhappy with. She seemed to respond well to the feedback but once I received a followup progress picture the shakers were even less closer to the initial vision than before. At this point she said that there's nothing else that she could do and she marked them ready to ship. I'm not overly demanding by any means but this project was poorly handled from start to finish, and the way she handled feedback was unresponsive and apathetic. Who knows, maybe if I wasn't on a deadline she would've been able to get it right. But she shipped the pieces later than the proposed date and I barely got them in time so fixing them was not possible. I do not recommend this maker at all.

I found some cake toppers for my wedding cake that I loved and because I was unable to get them in a timely manner, I found custom made and Sara came to the rescue. She was fantastic. I loved my toppers!
