As an animal lover myself I understand how devastating the loss of a pet can be. I would be honored to work with you to create an artwork that will honor the life of your animal friend.

Hi There! I’m an artist. I create works that commemorate important life events as well as add joy to every day life. I'm here to create the art you want.
I am a multimedia artist based in Northern New York with over 10 years working with clay and much longer with paint. My work can involve anything from a tea pot shaped like your cat to a large painting, or jewelry.
I love working one on one with people to bring their ideas into reality. If you have an idea for something that you just can’t seem to find it anywhere, I want to hear from you.
My work is a fusion of art and craft that blurs the boundary between these traditions.
I attended Alfred University from 2002 to 2006, earning a BFA. I have attended Medalta International Artists Residency, The Penland School of Crafts, Watershed Center for Ceramic Arts, and the Women's Studio Workshop for residencies and workshops in ceramics. I also attended the Vermont Studio Center for a four-week residency in painting. My work has won numerous awards, been shown in various local galleries as well as venues in Canada, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York City.

For Bailie's Cake ToppersWe wanted a custom cake topper of a video game that she had no knowledge of. But despite that she did her research and gave us a topper better than I could have dreamed of. She was amazing!

For sarah's NecklaceWorking with Sara was awesome. I decided a while ago I wanted to propose to my boyfriend. Well along with an untraditional proposal I wanted a untraditional engagement gift. I originally was seeking out a metal artist to design a pendent for me. Sara was the last artist to contact me. At first I thought making it out of ceramic or porcelain would not be a good idea but the more I thought about it, and after looking at her previous work, I decided to wing it and accept her proposal. She communicated with me throughout the entire project and created a pendant exactly like I wanted it. This wasn't just an art project to me, it was a key to my future. I had run into some money issues, but Sara was more than Willing to let me pay at my own pace which was really gracious of her. I proposed to my boyfriend on Christmas Eve and he said yes! He loved the pendant. The piece was very original and very beautiful. Working with Sara was an A+ experience.

For Project VulcanI had a project made for my wife for a wedding gift. She absolutely loved them and was astonished what was accomplished. Sara made some adjustments in the middle of the project at my delight. She was incredibly thorough and professional.

For Giant Ceramic Piggy Bank - used as a Wishing Well at a WeddingExtremely happy with Sara's beautiful work on my pig.
She was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and very reasonable with her prices considering the effort that she put in to my project. I can't wait to put our pig to good use at out wedding.
Would definitely recommend Sara!!
