Custom Laser Cut Acrylic Router Templates
Laser cut acrylic template for routing. The material is 1/4 inch clear acrylic (picture shown has the paper mask on). These templates are as a guide when routing out shapes. Being laser cut, we can cut out any shape with high precision. We also can use 1/8 inch acrylic. For items such a cutout letters and numbers, we offer 1/8th inch black Delrin which is more flexible and won't break as easily. We can create most any image for you by laser engraving and cutting acrylic.

When we receive an order, we will make a rough draft of what we think it might look like. An email is sent to you for approval or allow you to make any design changes necessary. The project is then completed and shipped to you.
