A deposit is always necessary to secure materials and a place in the schedule. If for some reason a project is not able to go through and no materials were bought, a deposit will be refunded. If materials and labor has started and a customer cannot finish the job for some rare reason, then the labor and materials to that point will be paid for and the order will be terminated.
