This is a cremation urn inspired by a SW Native American design. This urn was hand-built with red terra cotta clay coils and smoothed, fired, glazed, and fired again. I love feeling and working so intimately with the clay, forming a unique vessel. This example has a traditional SW Eagle design, but I can do any motif you like. It will take me 2-3 weeks from conceptual design to finished product, ready to ship.

Maker Marketplace is a perfect outlet for me. I make customized pottery items from my small home studio in West Bend, Wisconsin.
I don't have much extra space, so I like to concentrate on making projects that are exactly what you want. I enjoy very unique commissions.
Odyssey Arts takes commissioned orders for custom pottery items, and portraits.
I also do business as Odyssey Urns, specifically making custom urns for People and Pets. I would love to help you Create a Unique Legacy!
The urns you see here are examples to show the quality and type of work I do. My examples are meant to give you inspiration and ideas about who you are and how you want to be remembered: your interests, your accomplishments, your hobby or business, etc.
I also make conte (a hard pressed charcoal in earth tone colors) drawing portraits.

For Siicone moldsI have not received the project as yet but from the pictures I have seen it is just what I wanted. Rose was excellent and should I have any other projects I would surely use her as well as recommend Rose to others. Will give final review once I have received the project.

For Miranda's Wedding cake topperI couldn't be any happier with the finished product. Rose was willing to work with me being overseas with the military, and she was also aware of my time restraints and got it done very fast! My custom made wedding cake topper was worth every penny. We love it!

For ceramic plateRose seemed enthusiastic about this relatively simple project of a small square plate or tray. She presented me with an excellent creation story, though it took her a while to get around to it. The plate was delivered pretty much on time and it is a handsome product. The plate sits on top of a wooden cube which has a special symbolic meaning for me and is meant to hold a candle.

For Custom Cookie JarThe final project turned out even better than I expected. Rose was so helpful and communicative. And her work as an artist is incredible. Could not have asked for anything better. Thank you!
