Excellent! Rose was very patient and helpful as my family and I changed our minds a few times. The urn came out just as we envisage plus some great added features from her expertise. Thank you so much Rose as this urn will be a part of our everyday life moving forward.

Rose was truly a pleasure to work with. She was always interested and enthusiastic, asked lots of questions to make sure she understood what I was looking for and was always responsive to my messages. The project took slightly longer than expected, partly because of factors outside of her control and partly because I think she wanted to get it just right but the finished product was well worth the wait. I wanted something that would make me smile to look at on the mantel, not something that screamed death. This is exactly what I was looking for. Rose seemed enthusiastic about this relatively simple project of a small square plate or tray. She presented me with an excellent creation story, though it took her a while to get around to it. The plate was delivered pretty much on time and it is a handsome product. The plate sits on top of a wooden cube which has a special symbolic meaning for me and is meant to hold a candle.
