Extremely responsive, kept me up to date with the progress and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this artist, the urn came earlier than she promised and I am very happy with it. In rescue (fostering and our own dogs), you tend to suffer loss a lot, unfortunately. It's sad to think ahead, but I will definitely get another urn from Rose when the next furkid goes to the bridge. I had broken a ceramic tile that I had purchased 15 years or so ago and I needed it replaced. It was a special size with a custom design, and I found Rose from Custom Made to work on the project for me. She was very helpful and did a great job.

I have not received the project as yet but from the pictures I have seen it is just what I wanted. Rose was excellent and should I have any other projects I would surely use her as well as recommend Rose to others. Will give final review once I have received the project.

The custom made urn that Rosemarie made for me completely surpassed anything that I had hoped for, it is absolutely fantastic. From our very first conversation Rose listened and asked all the right questions. I told her that I wanted a peach shaped urn with a lizard on the top. During the conversation Rose picked up on the fact that the lizard I had requested was actually a Carolina Anole because I told her where I live in South Carolina we had anoles which looked like little lizards. Rose took it upon herself to look up pictures on the internet so she could make an urn with an authentic looking Carolina Anole. She even asked me if I wanted a male or female! The underside of the throat is a different color for males and females. Rose delivered the completed urn within the time frame promised. If you are looking for someone that can turn your vision into reality then look no further than Rosemarie, you will receive something very special for a reasonable price.

I am so happy with this project. It came out so much nicer than I ever imagined. When I first began communicating with Rose, I had a totally different vision of what I wanted. She helped me morph it into something possible. My idea had very weak integrity and, in order to strengthen it, we would have had to sacrifice the visual appeal. So we talked about it for a few weeks and came up with an even better idea. This was a memorial for my son that also includes his surviving twin. They look so realistic. It brought me to tears when I saw it. It is truly a beautifully incredible work of art. And talking to Rose was so nice. She really cares about her work. You can tell. And she is so patient. I wish i could better express how awesome she was throughout the entire process. If I could, I'd give her a big hug. This sculpture is so special. I know my son will still have it long after I'm gone, and he is still just a baby. This will always and forever be in my family. Thank you Rose!!

We are extremely happy with Rose. She is an extremely talented artisan. We will be contacting her in the near future for another project.

Rose was amazing! She worked with me every step of the way to make sure that the mugs were exactly what we wanted, and really worked with our aesthetic. My husband and I adore the mugs-- and they were a big hit at Thanksgiving :)

Excellent! Rose was very patient and helpful as my family and I changed our minds a few times. The urn came out just as we envisage plus some great added features from her expertise. Thank you so much Rose as this urn will be a part of our everyday life moving forward.

Working with Rosemarie was a delight. She was very patient and accommodating. Delivery was faster than estimated and I am very happy with the final project. I would highly recommend this urn for anyone who loved their furry friend and wants a happy final resting place for their pal. I wanted something that would make me smile to look at on the mantel, not something that screamed death. This is exactly what I was looking for. Craftsmanship is nice and attention to detail is on point. I would definitely work with Rosemarie in the future and recommend her work.

Working with Rose was a great experience. She was very thoughtful, and checked in with questions throughout the process. She checked in on color choices and design to make sure I was happy. Rose set clear expectations on the timing of the project based on how long it would take to dry properly, etc., and kept to her timeline. I couldn't be any happier with the finished product. Rose was willing to work with me being overseas with the military, and she was also aware of my time restraints and got it done very fast! My custom made wedding cake topper was worth every penny. We love it!

It is a wonderful experience to work with Rose. Even though I mismeasured my project, we worked together to make it right. I would order from her again in a heart beat.

Very, very happy with the finished project. Rosemarie was wonderful and easy to work with and communicated continually until the project was finished. I would certainly recommend Rosemarie for future projects.
