For Hand Painted Cremation UrnsDavid Voorhees created a custom cremation urn for my daughter's ashes. He took time to truly understand and know a great deal about my daughter and created a piece of art that faithfully reflects and honors her life and spirit. I will always be grateful for his work.

For Hand Painted Cremation UrnsWhen our Brother, Son passed awe knew way on September 16, 2021, we knew we wanted a Cremation Urn that was unique to Him and his Lifetime Interests. Eugene had many Interests, one being Classic Ford Cars, 53 Ford Crown Victoria's were his Favorite. I searched and found David Vorhee's Pottery on this Custom Made Web Site. I wrote to him, informed him of exactly what we wanted for Eugene's Urn, he requested several pictures of 1953 Ford Crown Victoria Cars, which I sent. David then had a Conference Call with my Sister, Connie and I. At the time our Mother, Diana was in the Hispital. At the end of the Call, David knew the exact Car we wanted on the Urn and the Inscription on it. He sent an Artist's Rendition which we really liked, a choice of Inscription Styles. We chose the Inscription and approved the Artist Rendition and paid a Deposit and David began working on the Urn. When David completed the Urn, he informed us right away and of when it would be shipped to the Funeral Home, Shipping Information & a Tracking Number and estimated Arrival Date, also, a picture of the Final Urn. We picked up the Urn today with our Brother, Son and could not be more Happy with Eugene's Urn. Really we are speechless at how beautiful it is and know Eugene would love it. So happy to have Eugene home in his final resting place in his beautiful Urn.

For Hand Painted Cremation UrnsI am very happy with the outcome of my project. Everything was handmade & painted. I searched for weeks for the perfect urn and just couldn't find what I wanted. I then found a picture of what I would like on an urn and then searched for an artist. I emailed several but when I came across Voorhees Pottery and started discussing my project with David, I knew I had found the artist I would like to do this special project for my Grams. He started the project and kept me updated thru the project. Let me choose out of several urns he made. Then I asked if he could add a hummingbird to the lids and of course he handmade that also. I then received the picture of the finished project and was so excited. They were beautiful. I showed the picture to co-workers and they were amazed and saying how beautiful they were. Then today I received them and I can't describe how happy & excited I am with the outcome of the urns. My Grams is finally in her resting place. I know she loves them as much as I do. I will defiantly use David, Voorhees Pottery again and will refer him to my friends, family and co-workers. Thank you again for using your talent to create these special urns. Michelle
