Custom made pottery pieces require good communication between the buyer (you) and the maker (me). I will do my best to give you an accurate idea of the piece that I will make for you and warn you where there are variations beyond my control so that you know what to expect. Once we agree and payment has been made I will work on your pottery in a timely manner with an established deadline to ship.I will do my best to make your piece to your satisfaction.I am very experienced at making commission pieces with thousands of happy customers in 45 years. No refunds or cancellations once I have begun work.
