Our live-edge walnut table is perfect! It's beautiful! It's clearly a master craftsman's work! It's everything we wanted and more.
Fred was terrific to work with! He listened to our preferences. He was up-front about what he could deliver vs what was on our wish list. He was just as upfront on the time needed to make the table. The result was better than what we had on our wish list. (And he finished it early!)

I ordered a large tray to sit on top of an ottoman. The finished product is perfect. It is very well made, attractive, sturdy and beautifully finished. He reached out to me with questions, gave his phone number for convenience. He sent a photo of another project similar to mine and completed everything in the time frame he specified.

Working with Fred was a pleasure. I've given 5 stars in each category even though shipping did not apply in my case because I opted to pick up my table rather than have it shipped. It was obvious to me from his initial proposal that Fred is a passionate craftsman. The design process involved a lot of communication back and forth and Fred provided helpful suggestions but allowed me to feel I was really designing my own one of a kind piece. It was also obvious to me that he was enjoying the process as much as I was! In the end I picked up a beautiful walnut live edge table inlaid with turquoise that is a showpiece in my home. I highly recommend Fred's expertise and artistry!

My project request resulted in perfection. The end product was exactly what I desired and is working as intended. I searched for several weeks to find an off the shelf solution. Found customade, requested my project. Fredric Blum Design created my vision, communicated often and answered all of my questions. My trivets are wall art, but completely functional. I imagine his mainline products are fabulous to behold.
