We love our table. Working with Fred was easy and fun - he sent pictures of the work as it progressed and delivered earlier than could have been hoped for. I would definitely recommend him.

It was a pleasure to work with Fred on our Walnut dining table. He was very timely with his response to our emails and answered all our questions and concerns with great detail and precision. His knowledge and expertise helped us picked the right slab for our home, and he was very quick to help us fix any issues and troubles we had when ordering our slab. He kept us updated on the whole process, from purchasing a slab to making the slab into our dining table, to shipping it to us in a timely manner. The craftsmanship is so exquisite and the attention to detail shows on the table. We thoroughly enjoyed the process, and we are loving our beautiful custom made table. Fred made the whole process very smooth and easy. If there’s another chance in the future to add more custom pieces to our home, we would definitely collaborate with Fred again!

Fredric delivered more than I could have asked for with this beautiful project. He has been impeccably realistic, attentive, and receptive to both my wildest and most mundane ideas, while gently reminding me of structural ramifications of said ideas, and always offering solutions. Fredric never once tried to dissuade me from an idea, he simply offered options to achieve them gracefully. As an engineer, artist, and peerless craftsman, the multiple degrees he has earned can be felt in his uncanny ability to bring your visions to fruition in such a way that they will last a lifetime. After our initial design discussion, we were constantly on the same page throughout this project, and I outright refuse to work with anyone else from this day forth.

My project request resulted in perfection. The end product was exactly what I desired and is working as intended. I searched for several weeks to find an off the shelf solution. Found customade, requested my project. Fredric Blum Design created my vision, communicated often and answered all of my questions. My trivets are wall art, but completely functional. I imagine his mainline products are fabulous to behold.
