Shipping Policy

Area served: Anywhere. Tables of mine are found all over the country including Hawaii. Shipping Methods: I personally delivery locally. If shipping is necessary, I personally crate the table and ship via a nationwide trucking company. Clients are charged for shipping and crating materials at my cost. There is no charge for my crating labor.

Locally, delivery and installation are included in the table price. For shipped tables, I provide complete assembly instructions.

I take great pride in my work. If you are unsatisfied with the result or if problems arise in use, I guarantee that I will work with you to make any requested limited repairs (unless necessitated by an accident or abuse after you receive the table), modifications or adjustments, if feasible, free of charge. However, this policy should not be interpreted to mean that I will completely re-make the item; such a re-make would constitute an entirely new project to be paid for by the customer. Once you have paid in full for a project, the finished project is not returnable nor is any portion of the payment refundable. If a project is canceled by yourself after you have sent a down payment to initiate the project, the down payment in general is non-refundable. However, if I have not yet purchased any material or incurred any other expenses for the project before the project is canceled, the down payment will be refunded. If you need your project to be completed by a specific date, please let me know in advance of accepting my proposal in order to be sure I can meet your deadline.
