For Cathy's Range Hood1.2We are happy with the final product but getting it to the end was not the best. What should have been a 6 week project turned into 4 months. Communication with the fabricator was not good. Seemed like the only time we got responses was when money was needed or we had to threaten to escalate to a higher power. Shipping of the final product was a fiasco. We were charged $400 for shipping of our range hood. The fabricator used some company like UBER but for freight. We were to receive the product on a Saturday around 4:00 p.m. but did not get until Sunday at 7:00 p.m.
I would not work with this fabricator again and would not recommend him to anyone.

For Bottleworks Etched Bar Mirror4.8The custom etched bar mirror looks great. It will be an awesome focal point behind the bar in my bottle shop. There was a slight problem with a subcontractor who was dragging their feet. However, Justin more than made up for the slight delay. I enjoyed the entire process and would highly recommend Lightfast. Great work and great customer service!
