Edwardian Victorian Steampunk Riding Bucket Hat In A Floral Brocade Fabric
Look great this fall and winter season in this classically styled Victorian, Edwardian Steampunk bucket hat. It compliments a modern Bohemian or vintage wardrobe. Made in a shimmering cinnamon copper brocade fabric with copper metallic threads. I detailed this hat with a soft coppery taffeta fabric for the pleated band and flounce accented with a rhinestone and tiger eye jewel. This hat is lined in quality satin. Ready to ship in a size Medium. "IMPORTANT" How to measure for your hat size. Take a cloth measuring tape around the back of your head and over your ears. Have the tape meet on your forehead where you want the hat to sit. Do this several times as an accurate measurement is important. I have always been a maker of things. My first memory of making things was when I was a little girl. I would cut up old sheets while sitting on the living room floor and try to figure out how all the pieces could be fit together to make something. My fascination with fabric has never been far from my mind. I have always had needle and fabric in my hands. I started designing my own cloths in Jr high and never stopped, some 40 years ago. I have always had a love for hats. When I discovered the internet I knew I could now make and sell my hats. I am so excited to have found a place to share and grow my love of hats.
I offer custom made and ready to wear hats. Hat designs from the 1900's Victorian era past the Roaring 20's flapper days and beyond the World War II Bombshell hats. A hat shop dedicated to the fashions of the past with a connection to the styles of today.
