1920'S Vintage Style Cloche Wedding Hat For Mother Of The Bride, Great Gatsby Party In Silver
A 1920's Great Gatsby party hat in silver sequin encrusted swirling motif. This is a stunning hat made for an evening or gala event. The hat is detailed with a pleated shimmering silver satin band around the crown and delicately around the brim. The front of the hat is bejeweled with a large oval rhinestone medallion. A traditional style cloche hat with a very classy and glamorous look. The hat is hand formed sinamay over a wooden hat block. A great summer hat which has a see through coverage to keep out the sun and yet elegant for any evening event. This same style hat can be made from any type lace. If you have a special lace or color in mind let me know, however the "Decorations will be different on each hat". As each of these hats will be a "One of a Kind Creation". I have always been a maker of things. My first memory of making things was when I was a little girl. I would cut up old sheets while sitting on the living room floor and try to figure out how all the pieces could be fit together to make something. My fascination with fabric has never been far from my mind. I have always had needle and fabric in my hands. I started designing my own cloths in Jr high and never stopped, some 40 years ago.
