Shipping Methods: Note: ===== - All my orders are custom-made and requires 3-4 weeks processing time before the order is shipped. - We use USPS (Parcel Post or Priority Mail) and UPS to to ship orders all over US and to Canada. Shipping would be additional and estimates will be provided when giving quote for your custom order. - If you would like faster shipping, can present options for that as well.

Installation Policy

For curtains you can provide the window width and the desired height (from where you plan to install the rod to where you want the curtains to fall upto) to get an estimate. We also provide design consultation - so if you need help with fabric choices and what measurements to go with, just send us pictures of your space and windows and we would be glad to work with you. This is complimentary. Any questions you might have regarding design options or how to measure the windows, we would be glad to help you with those too.
