I saw a slate backsplash she had previously done and we worked together to make a custom design for my new home based on pictures of the mountains where I’ll be living. Communications were excellent. She ran into some delays and offered me a refund for not completing the project on time. I really wanted this and was able to wait. It looks fabulous in my new kitchen. Her choice of materials to indicate clouds is gorgeous.
