A local company implemented a new blog and challenged employees to write the best post each month. The winner hosted this forget metal trophy the next month. The theme behind a blog is communication. The forged steel quill (gold for achievement) and parchment (aged golden color) convey that theme. The red color is the corporate color, but it could also represent the blood (sweat and tears) that goes into any artistic piece - writing included.

For Trestle table legsDace tackled my project back in 2013 as one of his first furniture jobs. I simply gave him my dimensions and a picture of what I wanted—he rose to the challenge and gave me back the base to my trestle table that my family stills uses today. Highly recommend!
