Shipping Policy

Shipping is not included in the quote pricing. Shipping will be arranged, at no cost, and billed directly to the customer COD. The customer can also arrange their own shipping if they choose.

Installation Policy

Accepted Answer

All pieces requiring installation will have a 10% installation retainer to be paid after satisfactory completion of installation. The 90% balance will be paid prior to delivery. Delivery outside of the Denver Metro area will be assessed delivery charges based on transportation and truck rental, if applicable.
