Forest King Bust

While Lindholm Woodworks primarily produces wooden articles, there is occasion to make cast sculptural pieces. This bust was initially intended to be simply a resin sculpture with a captured piece inside, however, a request was made to also make a plaster version using the same mold, mostly to test the effectiveness of the mold. It was that plaster piece which turned out to be the better of the two, and with a Walnut platter and some garnishment, became a piece of art unto itself
