During pick-up, seller helped me load the bookcase into my car and also provided me with some string to tie it down.

You just can't buy craftsmanship like this anymore. Angelo sent us a detailed questionnaire and made sure he assisted with each decision. Our vanities arrived in absolutely perfect condition and right at our target delivery date. We highly, highly recommend.
