As far back as I can remember I have loved working with my hands. In the tradition of my Grandfathers, passed down to my father, and then eventually to me, I have created and fixed just about anything imaginable. From restoring a 1968 Dodge Charger R/T to remodeling a Pilates studio for my beautiful wife, the list goes on and on. But my true talent and passion lies in woodworking; taking reclaimed lumber and materials and turning them into family heirlooms. Clocks, tables, chairs, beds, benches and entertainment centers are just a few of the items that I have built out of reclaimed wood, marble and hardware gathered from demolition job sites around the Detroit Metro area. There is nothing like seeing an old piece of oak from the Ford World Headquarters turn into a quilt rack or a slab of green marble reclaimed from the Chrysler World Headquarters used in a kitchen island as a work surface. If only those items could talk - what stories would be told.
A guide to the best items from the best makers and the stories behind them.

For toddler sized wood boat bedI absolutely LOVE what Brian has created for our 6 year old special needs son! He built an incredibly beautiful boat to surround his hospital bed!! He not only showed pride in his work, but compassion in his heart! You could tell he wanted to do this special project for our precious little boy! Also, he always showed up as scheduled and worked well with my indecisiveness. It was a great experience! I would recommend him to anyone interested in high quality woodwork!!!
