I have been working with stained glass using the copper foil method for 12 years. It is my goal to let the world know that stained glass is not just for church windows! Glass is a beautiful, modern medium that belongs in every home and office around the world!
When I was going through a painful divorce 12 years ago, I was looking for a hobby. I drove past a stained glass shop and saw suncatchers hanging in the window. I stopped in and asked if they offered classes. They did… I signed up and fell in love on day 1.
Since then, I have taken a number of classes for different techniques and graduated in 2008 from making miscellaneous items for family and friends to working on projects for customers.
Glass is beautiful and so very versatile. I love the whole process of creating a stained glass piece, and look forward to working on new challenges and unique masterpieces for years to come.
