These boxes are made of curly maple or sapele. You can chose from four different exotic woods or a curly maple and sapele contrast. The interior dimensions are 9 1/4 x 5" with an optional 2" or 3" depth. All boxes come with a black velvet lining.     I am very happy with the quality of the box. I had asked that the box be modified to have a hinged top. The hinges were placed in a very professional way so that they were almost hidden.

    Christopher did an amazing job building a custom jewelry box that I'm going to give as a gift. The piece is exactly what we discussed and is absolutely beautiful to look at with solid construction. Throughout the project he kept me updated with progress reports and pictures of the work in progress. When UPS damaged the item during delivery he worked with me to fix the damage very quickly.

    I'm so happy with the work, I've already started a second project with him.
