I am very happy with the quality of the box. I had asked that the box be modified to have a hinged top. The hinges were placed in a very professional way so that they were almost hidden.

I was searching for a one of a kind custom jewelry box for my wife's birthday and found CustomMade and Chris' store. The unique design on his vertical necklace and earring shelves are unlike anything I had seen before and made the most sense given the confined space the box would ultimately be stored. It did take a few days to get an initial response but once I did I got timely responses to all my questions and we went back and forth on design till it was settled with a proposal. They say good things take time and this is true, be prepared to wait, it took about 3 months, but it was worth it. The craftsmanship is stellar, you can tell Chris has worked a long time at this skill. The box is solid and heavy (real wood). The drawers are all smooth action and fit snugly. This is a box that will become an heirloom, which you can only get from quality custom made products.

Enjoyed working with Cjs Woodworks/Chris on a big project for one of our clients. His timeliness, communication and craftsmanship were top-notch and the client couldn't be happier with final result. While I like the product and workmanship, I cannot say I'm very happy with the communication with Christopher. He didn't respond to my initial questions for more than 2 weeks and never responded to my last email regarding when I might expect him to ship my order. While he made my order slightly larger without increasing the cost, which I appreciate, he nevertheless was not in communication with me and it took longer for him to complete the order than was promised. I also was taken aback by the shipping charge fees. For a pretty small package $40 is way more than it should have cost. I expect the increased shipping charges have more to do with increasing the profit of the work than the actual cost of shipping the item, although I cannot verify this.

The ring box is just what I wanted. Excellent work. I will surely consider Chris for any other projects in the future.

The custom jewelry boxes come out PERFECT. The quality is EXCELLENT and his communication was great also. These will be great presents for my Wife and Daughter.

Working with Chris was absolutely wonderful. He was an excellent communicator and an immaculate professional. His workmanship is top-notch and was instrumental in helping me figure out exactly how my project should take shape. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

Very easy, pleasant experience dealing with Mr. Schreiber on this project. Product was as well-done as expected. Will use him again and would recommend him to others.

First time using CustomMade and my experience was excellent. The communication with Chris was excellent from the initial design of the jewelry box, to status updates, and photos of progress. The woodwork and the look of the box is better than anything you could ever find store bought. I will be using Chris again in the near future for another project. Do not worry about packaging, and damage when shipping this was the best packaged box I have ever received.... Thank you.

This was my second project with Chris and it was just as amazing as the first. The ring box came out exactly how we had discussed. He gave updates with pictures throughout the process so that I was never left wondering how it was progressing. I'll definitely be checking with him first on future projects.

Christopher did an amazing job building a custom jewelry box that I'm going to give as a gift. The piece is exactly what we discussed and is absolutely beautiful to look at with solid construction. Throughout the project he kept me updated with progress reports and pictures of the work in progress. When UPS damaged the item during delivery he worked with me to fix the damage very quickly. I'm so happy with the work, I've already started a second project with him.

I cannot say enough positive things about Chris and his work. The finished jewelry box is beautiful. The workmanship is phenomenal! My wife was speechless. Needless to say, she absolutely loves it! I was a little worried about the shipping aspect but Chris packaged it to ensure nothing would happen during delivery. There was no less than three layers of bubble wrap protecting this masterpiece. I would highly recommend Chris and his work. I will definitely be using him again in the future when I need something custom made.

Chris- Has done an outstanding job creating a most perfect jewelry box for my wife. I searched for greater than 6-months looking for a box disigned specfically for someone with many necklaces (>60). Chris provided an example design that more than met our needs. The price was right on target with our budget and the finished box was absolutely amazing. Throughout the process, Chris provded photos and questions if something in the design came to mind.
