This is a comb back Windsor Chair with engraved headrest. The headrest and armrail were steambent using rived white oak, the seat was carved from white pine and the basket (leg assembly) were turned from a downed pecan tree as they are abundant here in South Carolina. The finish is a 5 step milkpaint process that gives it that 150 year old look. There are many variations of the windsor so please ask if interested.

Working with Bill was wonderful. He communicated well and did excellent work. I'd hire him again in an instant.
We had a great experience with ordering and receiving our stair newels and finials. Mr. Pinion was great about keeping us in the loop as the project progressed. The only thing that was disappointing was shipping cost. Would order from him again for sure.
Very happy with the custom designed newel post he made for my home in 2016. The shipping via a local UPS store was not sufficient as part of the product broke off but that was not Mr. Pinion fault and one of my carpenter's on the job fixed. I appreciated Mr. Pinion during the design process and he was right on schedule. I am a perfectionist and I can tell you his work is exceptional.
I am so happy with my mantel. It is exactly what I asked for. Bill was able to make in a timely manner. He kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would use Bill again if I have a need for a similar project.
My experience with William could not have been better! He took a drawing and a photograph of an ideal and constructed it perfectly. I don't think that anything in the entire project could have gone any smoother. Absolutely thrilled with the sliding doors he made!
