This large chest was made out of recycled heart pine that came from an old textile mill that was built in 1898 and torn down 2 years ago. This wood has a beautiful patina and the tightest of grain. This large chest sits atop ogee bracket feet and has a till inside with a hidden drawer. The sides and top are bookmatched and the joinery is all handcut dovetails. This one also has a drawer in the lower case. This would be the perfect wedding gift and i can make to your specific dimensions. thanks for looking, bill
