    Very happy with the custom designed newel post he made for my home in 2016. The shipping via a local UPS store was not sufficient as part of the product broke off but that was not Mr. Pinion fault and one of my carpenter's on the job fixed.

    I appreciated Mr. Pinion during the design process and he was right on schedule.

    I am a perfectionist and I can tell you his work is exceptional.

He sent pictures and videos throughout the project so I could see the progress and give feedback each step of the way to make design choices or adjustments before he built the finished piece.
