Mr. Pinion is certainly talented, but also an honest man who sent me a refund when I overpaid for shipping. Aug 30, 2019Very happy with the custom designed newel post he made for my home in 2016. The shipping via a local UPS store was not sufficient as part of the product broke off but that was not Mr. Pinion fault and one of my carpenter's on the job fixed. I appreciated Mr. Pinion during the design process and he was right on schedule. I am a perfectionist and I can tell you his work is exceptional.
