The entire project experience has been interesting and fun. I selected Mr. Pinion based upon a review of his profile and the constructive questions and suggestions he made after reviewing my preliminary design. Suggestions were also offered at critical stages through the construction process, which helped enhance the finished product. The result is a really gorgeous piece of furniture. I would definitely recommend Mr. Pinion to others that are interested in having a quality, "one of a kind", fine piece of furniture made, and would certainly utilize his craftsmanship again. We had a great experience with ordering and receiving our stair newels and finials. Mr. Pinion was great about keeping us in the loop as the project progressed. The only thing that was disappointing was shipping cost. Would order from him again for sure.

Very happy with the custom designed newel post he made for my home in 2016. The shipping via a local UPS store was not sufficient as part of the product broke off but that was not Mr. Pinion fault and one of my carpenter's on the job fixed. I appreciated Mr. Pinion during the design process and he was right on schedule. I am a perfectionist and I can tell you his work is exceptional.

I am so happy with my mantel. It is exactly what I asked for. Bill was able to make in a timely manner. He kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would use Bill again if I have a need for a similar project.

My experience with William could not have been better! He took a drawing and a photograph of an ideal and constructed it perfectly. I don't think that anything in the entire project could have gone any smoother. Absolutely thrilled with the sliding doors he made!
