Bill made us two backless Windsor-style benches based on a photo I submitted. I had looked everywhere for these and couldn't find the look and size I wanted. Mr. Pinion is certainly talented, but also an honest man who sent me a refund when I overpaid for shipping. The chairs are absolutely beautiful. Going into the project I didn't know what kind of chairs I wanted or how I wanted them to look. He worked with me to get exactly what I envisioned without me even knowing that is what I wanted all along. So easy to work with and very happy with the chairs.
