Stair Newel Post (Walnut)

Bill was a delight to work with! And, his craftsmanship is superb.

Really enjoyed working on this project with Bill. He would post updates regularly on his website so I could watch the progress. We corresponded frequently to fine tune the design. The project was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. The finished product is beautiful and I am very pleased with it. Shipping and moving is a bit of consideration when creating a product of real woods this size as they end up being very heavy, best to understand shipping charges at the initial stages of the project. Very happy with the custom designed newel post he made for my home in 2016. The shipping via a local UPS store was not sufficient as part of the product broke off but that was not Mr. Pinion fault and one of my carpenter's on the job fixed. I appreciated Mr. Pinion during the design process and he was right on schedule. I am a perfectionist and I can tell you his work is exceptional.

I am so happy with my mantel. It is exactly what I asked for. Bill was able to make in a timely manner. He kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would use Bill again if I have a need for a similar project.

My experience with William could not have been better! He took a drawing and a photograph of an ideal and constructed it perfectly. I don't think that anything in the entire project could have gone any smoother. Absolutely thrilled with the sliding doors he made!
