All projects are custom made. I do not take returns. I am a fine craftswoman and I guarantee that what you receive will meet that standard. Before I build you approve drawings that represent the dimensions and design of the project. If I can get to you (or it can get to me), I will make any repair needed in the future. If it is on account of a problem with my work, no charge. If it is from normal use, or abuse/accident, probably a charge.
