Exotic Wood Box
Designed and built for an order wherein the client requested a specifically African style and flavor - totally designed with this in mind. The sides are solid 1/4" Bloodwood joined with Rosewood corners and legs with curly maple/bloodwood appointments in the center. Inlay banding applied to edges of the corners. Bottom piece is strong and sturdy from a piece of highly figured Mahogany. Inlay banding pattern applied to 2 sides. This piece was requested specifically and now is the centerpiece of the client's stunning marble entryway to her home. Similar designs available for custom order, with many choices of exotic hardwoods and more. Each piece would undoubtedly be one-of-a-kind and TRULY unique!

For Cutting Board Two Sided W/ Breadboard Ends5.0Patrick Joyce did a fabulous job crafting 2 "boards" to serve as a "table" over our unused master bathtub. Everyday the gorgeous boards are a work of art, hiding wine bottles stored beneath them. In our small 1400 square foot 2 bedroom condo, when our house guests use the guest bedroom, the beautiful table over our master bathtub becomes precious private surface space for "whatever". For example, I move some sports gear from the guest closet and place it on part of the table. I have even grabbed a pillow and lounged on the table while having a cup of coffee. At a party, a board can be easily removed from the tub and used in the kitchen, dining, living, or balcony space as a buffet or bar service. A portable glass waterfall table is over the bath fixtures part of the master bathtub. Since everything is portable, in a few minutes the space can be returned to a pure bathtub. I sent Patrick a photo of the tables over the tub, which he might add to this review. Patrick did a great job of packing, addressing, and insuring the boards. When FedEx lost a package for a bit, Patrick immediately communicated with FedEx and me, and got things back on track. Patrick is a wonderful artist, and a good manager. Custommade worked well as the website portal.
