Strong. Solid. Handsome. That's an accurate description of The New Mission Workshop's vision of the mission lectern. Made of all quarter-sawn white oak, this massive structure is as solid mechanically as it is visually. The New Mission Workshop lectern features raised panels, corbel supports under the main table, a privacy gate, and a removable book riser - for those times when you need to use an overhead projector, computer, or other apparatus. The legs, massive at 4 inches across, are also quarter-sawn on all four sides - unheard of today. Joinery features mortise and tenon construction. Materials: Quarter-sawn white oak, with Paduak. Dimensions: Approximately 40"H x 36"W x 36"D Finish: Aniline dye, with semi-gloss polyurethane topcoat

For Mission Style Candle HoldersI just received the candlestick holders. They are just what I expected. Excellent quality and nicely finished. Mr. Ashley communicated promptly through the process. They came well packaged and protected. These will be a beautiful addition to my Stickley dining room set and bring years of service. Thanks Patrick!

For Custom Computer Mission Style DeskWorking with Patrick was a first-rate experience. The final product was exactly what we spoke about. His 3D renderings of the complex mission desk are a picture-perfect match to the desk he created. I'm 400 miles from his shop so our only communication was via email and phone conversations. His response time was excellent and he was always open to slight changes throughout the project. I'd recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a craftsman to deliver what you ask of him. No regrets.

For Essential Oils CabinetI had a wonderful experience working with Patrick, from New Mission Workshop via CustomMade. His style was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a cabinet to house my essential oils collection. I wanted a piece that had a classic look, constructed with good wood and excellent craftsmanship. He was very easy to work with and simply knew what he was doing. Any questions/issues were easily addressed and all steps to bring the project to completion came at a reasonable pace. Throughout the production process, he sent images of each stage and was very communicative. I am very pleased with my essential oils cabinet and would recommend Patrick for custom woodworking needs.

For Mission Style Candle HoldersI bought these candlesticks as a gift for relatives who not only know Mission styles in great detail, but have also gradually redecorated their home to reflect their love of the style. I feel grateful that Patrick told me that genuine Mission pieces are made in oak, not cherry. My relatives immediately confirmed the accuracy of his work. We all admired the beauty of the candlesticks. The candlesticks were in regular use by the evening's meal. Are the candlesticks pricey? Yes. Might they be over-priced? Possibly. But in fact, I could not find any others with which to compare them. Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase!
